About the Internship
Are you a true Redditor deeply embedded in communities, ready to build a brand's presence and drive growth for an AI startup?Emergent Labs, a YC-funded company, is leading the "vibecoding" revolution – enabling AI-native app development. We're hiring a highly motivated Reddit Specialist Intern to help establish and grow our presence on Reddit, engaging deeply within tech and builder communities.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Strategize & Grow Reddit Presence: Collaborate on defining Reddit strategy, identifying target subreddits, and planning content initiatives to build brand awareness and organic reach.
2. Engage Communities Authentically: Actively participate in, initiate, and respond to discussions within relevant subreddits (e.g., r/artificialintelligence, r/lowcode), providing valuable insights and fostering genuine community engagement.
3. Create Reddit-Native Content: Support the creation of unique, Reddit-optimized content formats, including engaging text posts, insightful comments, AMAs, and visually appealing memes or infographics tailored to specific subreddit cultures.
4. Monitor Trends & Insights: Extensively follow Reddit for emerging tech trends, popular discussions, and community sentiment related to AI and no-code, translating these into actionable insights.
5. Analyze Platform Performance: Track and analyze key Reddit performance metrics (upvotes, comments, shares, saves, unique views, traffic referrals) to measure content effectiveness and overall platform growth.
