1. Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and create innovative video concepts
2. Edit and produce high-quality videos for our passive channels
3. Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the overall visual appeal
4. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel
5. Manage and organize video assets for easy access and retrieval
6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and making
7. Assist with video shoots and post-production tasks as needed
