About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Content Planning & Ideation
1. Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to brainstorm and plan shoot concepts that reflect Chacha’s rustic-luxury identity and Punjabi roots.
2. Develop storyboards and visual mood boards for campaigns, product stories, and social media content.
B. Shooting & Production
1. Capture high-quality videos and photographs of Chacha’s products, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand lifestyle stories.
2. Set up lighting, composition, and backgrounds to highlight textures, colors, and authenticity of the food.
3. Ensure all footage aligns with the brand’s tone — warm, home-like, emotional, and premium.
C. Editing & Post-Production
1. Edit raw video and photo footage to create polished final outputs for Instagram, reels, ads, website, and other digital platforms.
2. Color-grade visuals to maintain brand consistency (golden, earthy, homely tones).
3. Add text overlays, sound design, transitions, and background music that enhance storytelling.
D. Content Management & Delivery
1. Organize and maintain the content library for easy access and future repurposing.
2. Deliver content as per campaign timelines and posting calendars.
E. Collaboration & Execution
1. Work closely with the founder and creative team to bring new product stories, seasonal campaigns, and traditional recipe stories to life.
2. Assist during product launches, events, or on-location shoots.
F. Brand Consistency & Innovation
1. Ensure every piece of content communicates Chacha’s authenticity and “home in a bite” emotion.
2. Stay updated with food photography and reel trends, while adapting them to fit the brand’s unique storytelling style.
