About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to join our team and support our B2C Public Calendar Offerings. This role involves direct interaction with participants who enroll through our booking platform and outreach to universities and colleges to schedule meetings and build partnerships.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call and engage with participants who have enrolled via our public calendar.
2. Provide information, resolve queries, and confirm session bookings.
3. Reach out to colleges and universities to introduce offerings and fix appointments or meetings.
4. Maintain records of calls and outcomes in a structured manner.
5. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-ups and scheduling.
6. Gather feedback and assist in improving communication strategies.
