About Maavie:Maavie is a mother-first community and wellness brand where moms find support, expert guidance, and real conversations. We’re building a digital ecosystem that blends community, care, and tech — through curated WhatsApp Circles, Instagram experiences, and our upcoming web platform.
Role: Tech, AI & Automation Intern
We’re looking for a tech-creative intern who can blend basic coding, automation, and design thinking to help scale Maavie’s online community. If you love experimenting with AI tools, building clean digital experiences, and simplifying workflows with tech, this role is for you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Automation & Community Tech:
1. Automate WhatsApp and Instagram flows for onboarding, reminders, and engagement.
2. Use Zapier, Make (Integromat), Notion, or Airtable to connect tools and simplify workflows.
3. Explore simple chatbots or WhatsApp API setups to improve community interactions.
B. Website/Landing Page:
1. Help design and build Maavie’s landing page using Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML/CSS/JS.
2. Integrate forms, email capture, and analytics dashboards.
C. AI Exploration:
1. Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Notion AI, etc.) to automate content and community tasks.
2. Build small prototypes like content summarizers or response bots to enhance engagement.
D. Design Support:
1. Support content creation for social media and web using Canva or Figma.
2. Maintain Maavie’s soft, pastel, mother-first brand aesthetic.
