About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist recruiters in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen candidate resumes and conduct initial HR conversations to assess fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate databases.
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them across multiple channels.
Participate in employer branding, social media recruitment, and campus engagement initiatives.
Provide administrative and coordination support for hiring drives and recruitment projects.
