About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal/external referrals.
2. Screen profiles to ensure skill and experience match with job requirements.
3. Manage and update the recruitment tracker daily with candidate status.
4. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
5. Conduct initial screening calls to gather essential candidate information (experience, notice period, CTC, etc.).
6. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with shortlisted candidates.
7. Support in creating and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing and future roles.
8. Conduct basic industry mapping and market analysis for assigned roles.
9. Prepare sourcing reports and share weekly updates with the hiring team.
10. Assist in employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives, if required.
