About the Internship
Startup Founder’s Shadow – All-Rounder Intern At The Cover Up ProjectSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle day-to-day e-commerce work — processing orders, updating stock, and keeping Shopify/Amazon/FirstCry in check.
2. Make sure every order reaches on time — coordinate packaging, dispatch, and inventory updates.
3. Talk to customers, solve their issues, collect feedback, and make every conversation feel human.
4. Help pitch TCUP to retail stores — from designing pitch decks to following up smartly.
5. Research what’s trending in D2C, fashion, and kidswear, and share fresh ideas.
6. Plan, shoot, and post Instagram Reels and stories that actually perform (no boring brand stuff).
7. Write scroll-stopping captions, fun replies, and product blurbs that sound like TCUP.
8. Assist with influencer collabs, campaign ideas, and tracking what’s working.
9. Keep our Google Sheets tidy — from order status to campaign trackers.
10. Come up with creative ways to make TCUP stand out — whether that’s packaging, photos, or social ideas.
11. Work directly with the founder and learn how a real startup runs (it’s equal parts chaos and creativity).
