About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in managing online ad campaigns: Help create, run, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads under the guidance of the marketing team.
2. Content creation and scheduling: Prepare creative captions, ad copies, and visual ideas; schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva.
3. Market and competitor research: Conduct research on target audiences, trending hashtags, and competitor campaigns to improve ad performance.
4. Performance monitoring: Track and report key metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions, and provide insights to improve campaign ROI.
5. Client communication support: Draft professional messages, proposals, and status updates for US-based clients in clear English.
6. Brainstorming and strategy meetings: Participate in internal meetings to discuss creative ideas and contribute to marketing strategy improvements.
7. Learning and implementation: Continuously learn about digital advertising trends, A/B testing, and performance optimization techniques.
