About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Sales Strategy & Sales Support
Assist in the development and execution of local sales plans
Help with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer coordination
Support documentation of sales progress and reporting
B. Lead Generation
Identify potential customers through market surveys, field visits, or online research
Maintain a lead database and track follow-up status
C. Market Research
Study local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Compile reports with insights to support sales planning
D. Marketing Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing offline campaigns (e.g. door-to-door, banners, flyers)
Help organize local promotional activities and awareness drives
E. Digital Advertising & Marketing
Monitor and support digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google
Track reach, engagement, and performance metrics
F. Communication & Content Support
Draft basic marketing content for social media, flyers, and WhatsApp promotions
Engage with customers during campaigns and collect feedback
G. Team Coordination
Collaborate with sales and technician teams to ensure campaign alignment
Participate in daily briefings and submit field activity updates
H. Customer Interaction
Explain services, pricing, and membership plans to interested customers
Resolve initial customer doubts and hand over leads to the sales team
