About the Internship
As a recruitment intern at Headsup Corporation, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment while working with a dynamic team. Your role will involve assisting with various recruitment tasks and supporting the team in finding top talent for the company.Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings through job portals, social media platforms, etc.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and spreadsheets.
4. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
5. Utilize MS-Office to create reports and presentations for recruitment initiatives.
6. Managing end-to-end recruitment for the client requirements from sourcing till candidates joining
