About the Internship
As a Recruitment intern at Mayzax Solutions LLP, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR processes. Your role will involve assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms.
2. Assist in creating job postings and managing job boards to attract top talent.
3. Coordinate with candidates for interviews and provide necessary information throughout the recruitment process.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and records.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus hiring activities.
6. Develop effective communication skills through interactions with candidates and team members.
7. Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
