About the Internship
As a Recruitment intern at Embrizon Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to support in sourcing and onboarding top talent for our dynamic organization. Your proficiency in English (spoken), MS-Excel, and Google Sheets will be essential in effectively managing recruitment processes and data.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for different roles within the company.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems using MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
6. Support in drafting offer letters and conducting background checks for selected candidates.
7. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
