About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options aligned with their preferences and budget.
2. Organize and manage property site visits to provide clients with a firsthand experience of available projects.
3. Maintain and update the client database, recording all interactions, feedback, and progress throughout the sales cycle.
4. Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to ensure effective engagement and conversion into successful sales.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support deal closures and achieve sales targets.
6. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s real estate projects, pricing structures, and key features to communicate effectively with potential clients.
7. Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and transparent communication process.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust, ensure client satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
