About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Demonstrates proactive problem-solving with a strong interest in addressing challenges within the higher education space.
2. Takes initiative in identifying and implementing solutions independently.
3. Conducts pre- and post-mortem analyses, troubleshoots issues, and carries out damage control when necessary.
4. Collaborates cross-functionally with instructors, product teams, and support functions to ensure program success.
5. Builds and maintains high-trust relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Communicates clearly and effectively across the organization, both in written and verbal formats.
7. Develop, execute, and maintain ownership of comprehensive operations plans.
8. Efficient execution and tracking of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with punctuality and precision.
9. Ensure error-free deliverables, exceeding team standards
10. Monitor and report on workstream progress for strategic decision-making.
11. Draft policies and document processes for consistent and efficient operations
12. Proficient in internal tools eg Jira, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools
13. Identify and implement process automation and optimization.
