About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push, on-site messaging, and in-app channels.
2. Draft concise and engaging content for campaigns in line with brand tone.
3. Coordinate with design teams for creatives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
4. Set up, test, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools like MoEngage or CleverTap.
5. Monitor campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare reports.
6. Support segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
7. Research best practices and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement.
