About the Internship
We're looking for a Market Research Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of market research, data management, and sales enablement. You'll play a critical role in building targeted lead databases, managing CRM automation, and supporting our sales efforts across multiple business verticals.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Lead & Market Research
- Conduct market research to define and segment ideal target audiences for various business verticals
- Build, manage, and update structured lead databases for marketing and sales campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy and timely availability for ongoing and future campaigns
B. Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update existing customer data with all interactions recorded in the CRM
- Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and gather actionable insights
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and CRM analysis
C. CRM & Sales Support
- Manage CRM automation workflows and ensure seamless data flow for sales activities
- Provide timely data insights and qualified lead lists to support the inside sales team
- Assist with prospecting activities through data-driven research and analysis
