About the Internship
Seradena, a leading law firm specializing in, is seeking interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and gain valuable insights into the legal profession.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting legal research and assisting in preparing legal documents, such as legal updates, case briefs, and memos
2. Supporting the team in client meetings, hearings, and trials by taking notes and summarizing key points
3. Assisting in reviewing and organizing legal files, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
4. Participating in case strategy discussions, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas
5. Collaborating with the legal team to analyze and draft legal opinions on various matters
6. Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and assisting in identifying potential legal risks
7. Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing legal materials.
