About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understanding our business model and its legal requirements.
2. Conducting legal research to propose and finalize the legal policy for SIC and its various other business segments and brands.
3. Assisting senior advocates when required.
4. Representing SIC as a firm by participating in various business events, seminars & exhibitions.
5. Explaining SIC's terms & conditions and legal policy to vendors that SIC wishes to onboard.
6. Preparing legal agreements between SIC and its vendors (service providers or consultants).
7. Explaining our policy to potential clients and extracting important information or collecting important data from them.
8. Drafting and preparing agreements for SIC and its clients.
9. Analyzing legal risk and providing advice to SIC and its clients.
10. Drafting and dictation of legal matters related to cases.
11. Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations concerning the legal work of SIC and SIC's clients.
12. Drafting SIC's depository.
13. Answering SIC's clients' queries.
