About the Internship
At Mantraa, a fast-scaling spiritual jewelry D2C brand, we’re looking for a creative, driven, and responsible Influencer & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with Mantraa’s brand and audience.
2. Reach out to influencers via DMs, emails, or WhatsApp for collaborations.
3. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and requirements professionally.
4. Prepare briefs, concepts, and scripts for influencer content when required.
5. Manage the end-to-end campaign cycle — from outreach to final video delivery.
6. Ensure all influencer content meets brand tone and quality standards.
7. Update and maintain the influencer tracker sheet regularly (daily updates mandatory).
8. Maintain consistent and clear communication with the internal marketing team.
9. Contribute innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand reach and engagement.
10. Achieve 28–30 finalized influencer videos per month (barter + paid).
11. Ensure all finalized influencer deliverables are received within timelines.
12. Maintain accuracy and accountability through daily tracker updates.
13. Assist in Instagram content strategy and creation — reels, stories, and posts.
14. Create & Edit visually appealing static posts and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN.
15. Suggest creative directions and trends to strengthen Mantraa’s digital identity.
