About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. • Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR documentation. • Support performance management, employee engagement activities, and appraisal coordination.
3. • Help prepare and distribute HR-related letters (offer letters, internship letters, confirmation, etc.).
4. • Coordinate training programs, track participation, and maintain related records.
5. • Assist in exit formalities, FNF tracking, and updating internal records.
6. • Draft and circulate HR communications, notices, and announcements.
7. • Collaborate with different departments to understand their manpower requirements.
8. • Contribute creative ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1. • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR / BBA or a related field.
2. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. • Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
4. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
