About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Create or update job descriptions based on skills, experience, and role expectations.
2. Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Collect feedback from interviewers and manage candidate communication.
4. Introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and team members.
5. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
6. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screenings to assess fit, communication, and motivation.
