About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Update and maintain employee records using HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Support in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
4. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Help in preparing HR documents, such as job offers, contracts, and policies.
6. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
