About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Carudyog, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support various functions and initiatives while enhancing your skills in MS-Office and MS-Word.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
3. Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
4. Update and maintain employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to contribute ideas for continuous improvement in HR processes.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing files, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries from employees.
