Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Screen resumes and application forms.
2. Assist in the execution of recruitment plans.
3. Identify suitable candidates for open positions.
4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in the interview process.
5. Collaborate with the HR recruiter to develop and maintain a potential candidate network.
6. Assist with record-keeping and administration tasks related to recruitment processes.
7. Network with educational institutions and utilize social media platforms to attract candidates.
