About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Recruitment:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
4. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
5. Assist in pre-onboarding documentation and offer letter preparation.
B. HR Operations:
1. Support daily HR administrative tasks such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave processing.
2. Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
3. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
4. Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy in HRMIS systems.
5. Assist in policy communication and compliance documentation.
