About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and initial candidate interviews.
2. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and organize candidate data.
3. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies.
5. Collaborate with project managers for job description (JD) creation based on skill requirements.
6. Identify and assess talent across industry competitors.
7. Manage sourcing channels including vendors, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
