About the Internship
About the RoleThe HR Apprentice will support the Corporate HR team in executing key HR processes and initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
· Organize employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
· Assist in HR reporting and analytics for management reviews.
· Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
· Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
Must Have Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
