About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Screening resumes to match job requirements and coordinating interviews with suitable candidates.
3. Posting job openings on various online platforms and maintaining candidate databases.
4. Assisting in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
5. Supporting HR operations, including attendance management and documentation.
6. Helping with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
7. Preparing and updating HR reports, spreadsheets, and trackers as required.
8. Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.
