About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding: posting job ads, sourcing/candidate screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
2. Maintain and update HR records & databases: employee files, new‐hire documents, exit documentation.
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
2. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced start-up environment.
