About the Internship
This isn’t a typical internship - it’s an immersion into how a mindful design brand grows from the inside out. As a Founder’s Office Intern at Vraj:bhoomi, you’ll work directly with our founder, Priyam Shah, on projects spanning strategy, operations, people, and collaborations. You’ll observe, learn, and contribute to decisions that shape the brand’s journey every single day.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist the founder in coordinating ongoing projects across departments (operations, HR, marketing, and e-commerce).
2. Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for ongoing priorities.
3. Support research and analysis - from process improvement ideas to potential collaborations or new opportunities.
4. Participate in internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on key action points.
5. Support brand communication and documentation - presentations, briefs, and review decks.
6. Shadow the founder in day-to-day operations to understand decision-making, team dynamics, and brand building.
7. Ensure smooth coordination between teams and provide administrative and operational support wherever required.
