About the Internship
Are you a motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in field sales? ASTAM Group is seeking a dynamic Field Sales intern with proficiency in English and Hindi to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals and contribute to the success of our company.1. Visit and engage with distributors, diagnostic labs, hospitals, chemists, and wholesalers to promote and sell the company’s products.
2. Assist in product demonstrations and provide basic training to channel partners on the usage and features of medical devices.
3. Support the sales and marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and market activation activities.
4. Collect and report market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Ensure availability and visibility of products across the assigned territory.
5. Help in maintaining sales data, follow up on leads, and support documentation related to distributor onboarding.
6. Participate in sales review meetings and contribute ideas for improving outreach and performance.
Who Can Apply:
Students pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA (Marketing), B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Life Sciences), Pharmacy, or related fields.
Passionate about sales, marketing, and healthcare/medical device industry.
Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn practical sales operations.
