About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Planning and coordinating show schedules, event activities, and participant line-ups for storytelling, acting, singing, dancing, running, and gaming segments.
2. Hosting the live virtual charity show by engaging, motivating, and interacting with audience members and participants across all segments.
3. Managing technical logistics, including virtual platforms, live streaming, chat moderation, and digital promotions.
4. Facilitating smooth transitions between various segments (storytelling, acting, singing, dancing, etc.) and ensuring timely execution.
5. Coordinating with performers, storytellers, actors, singers, dancers, runners, and gamers for rehearsal, technical checks, and segment timing.
6. Creating engaging promotional content for social media, emails, and charity campaigns to maximize participation and support.
7. Tracking audience donations, participation feedback, and post-event impact; preparing summary reports for the organizing team.
8. Handling unexpected issues or emergencies during live events calmly and professionally.
9. Supporting post-show activities, such as thank-you communications, sharing highlights, and collecting audience testimonials.
