1. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues
2. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer inquiries and challenges
4. Multitask efficiently to handle multiple customer support tickets simultaneously
5. Manage and update Google Sheets with important customer data and feedback
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent CRM practices
7. Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork to support the overall success of the operations team
