About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing and maintaining the Instagram and LinkedIn presence of all in-house brands.
2. Creating and implementing monthly content calendars across platforms.
3. Developing engaging content for static posts, carousels, reels, and stories aligned with brand identity.
4. Handling profile optimization, i.e., ensuring bios, highlights, and feed aesthetics are consistent and updated.
5. Assisting in campaign ideation and execution for product launches, events, and brand activities.
6. Coordinating with the design and content team for creatives and captions.
7. Managing stories and highlight archives for brand pages.
8. Supporting influencer collaborations — from outreach to execution and tracking results.
9. Assisting in shoot coordination, ensuring proper planning, concepts, and deliverables.
10. Tracking performance metrics and suggesting content improvements based on engagement insights.
