About the Internship

1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining client databases in MS-Excel.
2. Communicate with clients via email and phone to address inquiries and provide support.
3. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings using MS-Excel.
4. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement.
5. Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Support the team in organizing events and workshops for clients.
7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
