About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented interns who can enhance our customer experience and support our backend operations. This role offers exposure to customer handling, order management, and e-commerce operations in a creative startup environment.1. Handling daily customer calls and WhatsApp queries related to orders and products.
2. Taking customer feedback and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience.
3. Preparing and maintaining daily Excel reports for calls, feedback, and order status.
4. Supporting order updates, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups.
5. Assisting in inventory checks and product display monitoring at the store.
6. Creating and managing basic product listings and coordinating with warehouses.
7. Supporting the team during pop-up events and offline brand activities.
8. Assisting in developing and implementing customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
9. Coordinating with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance customer engagement.
10. Supporting the client servicing team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
