About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for mentees
2. Act as a primary point of contact for mentees, addressing their academic and technical queries
3. Utilize various channels to identify and target potential leads
4. Develop strategies to engage and capture the interest of prospective clients
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns
6. Craft compelling and personalized pitches for direct-to-customer interactions
7. Conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and convert them into valuable opportunities
9. Learn and implement effective communication techniques for successful conversions
10. Responsible for collecting feedback from mentees after calls
11. Handle and resolve mentee queries in a timely and effective manner
12. Assist mentees in understanding the structure and outcomes of various technical offerings
13. Build and maintain relationships with both B2C and B2B clients
14. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance business growth
15. Develop and execute strategies for collaboration with engineering colleges across India
16. Establish and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions for mutual benefits
17. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
18. Analyse competitor activities and industry benchmarks to inform business development strategies
19. Work closely with the CMO to ensure the smooth running of the SMO domain and revenue generation
