About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Front Desk and Client Coordination
1. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups for memberships and personal training.
3. Handle daily front desk operations, including check-ins, attendance, and phone calls.
4. Maintain client records and support smooth member onboarding.
B. Sales and System Work
1. Explain membership packages and convert walk-ins into enrollments.
2. Manage renewals, upgrades, and payment tracking for members.
3. Update CRM or gym management software with accurate and timely data.
4. Support marketing initiatives and maintain lead and inquiry databases.
C. HR and Administrative Responsibilities
1. Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff duty schedules.
2. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members.
3. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between trainers and staff.
4. Handle daily administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, petty cash, and documentation.
5. Support management in enforcing gym policies and ensuring smooth operational workflow.
